Survival Plan works without an account. Your records are stored only on your device and are not sent to a server.
Cloud sync was discontinued on 2026-10-30. If you never used cloud sync (Google sign-in) before then, there is no account and nothing on the server to delete — uninstalling the app removes the records on that device.
1. Request by email (recommended)
If you used cloud sync before it was discontinued, records, photo files, subscription receipts and an account link may remain on the server. Request deletion below and we will delete all of it.

We verify your identity by that Google account address and only act on requests sent from it.
We process requests and reply within 7 business days.
2. If you still have an older version of the app
Older versions of the app that had cloud features can also delete from inside the app.
Open the app and tap the cloud icon at the top of the screen.
Tap Manage account at the top of the sheet.
Tap Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
In-app Delete account removes your server records and this app's account link. Because one sign-in system is shared by several apps, the sign-in account (linked email) and uploaded photo files may remain — to remove those too, request deletion as in section 1.
3. What gets deleted

Stock, storage boxes, in/out history, household members, checklists and journal kept on the server

Records on your device
We never delete them — they go when you delete them in the app or uninstall it
Retention: deleted data is not kept anywhere else. No item is subject to a legal retention obligation.
In-app purchase history stays in your Google Play account and is kept by Google — manage it or request refunds through Google Play.
