Survival Plan works without an account. Your records are stored on your device by default; an account is created and your records are kept on a server only if you turn on cloud sync.
If you never turned on cloud sync, there is no account and no server data to delete.
In that case, uninstalling the app removes the records held on your device.
1. Deleting from inside the app
The app offers two different deletions. They do different things — use the table to choose.
All of your records on the server and this app's account link
Records on this device stay. The app goes back to working offline only.
Erase all data Settings → Erase all data
Your records on the server and on all of your devices
The account itself stays (you can follow up with “Delete account” above)
Steps to delete your account
Open the app and go to Settings.
Open Cloud sync → Cloud account.
Tap Delete account and complete the confirmation.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
The sign-in itself may remain. We run one sign-in system shared by several of our apps, so
“Delete account” in this app performs a withdrawal from this app (all records plus this app's account link are deleted),
while the sign-in account (and any email you linked) may remain.
If you want the sign-in deleted as well, ask us by email (section 2) — we will delete everything on request.
Turning sync off is not deletion. It stops further uploads; records already on the server stay.
Likewise, uninstalling the app does not delete server records — delete them from the app before uninstalling, or ask us by email (section 2).
2. When you no longer have the app — request by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or lost the device, please contact us.
Please include: the email address you linked in the app, and whether you also want the sign-in account deleted.
An anonymous account with no linked email can only be identified on the device that created it. Without a way to verify ownership we cannot delete it on request alone — please delete it from inside the app (section 1), or uninstall the app to remove that device's records.
Requests are handled and answered within 7 business days.
This app's account link (the record that you are a user of this app)
Immediately on request
The sign-in account itself and any linked email address
If requested by email (section 2), immediately — the in-app “Delete account” may leave it in place
Records on your device
When you choose “Erase all data”, or when you uninstall the app
Backup file: “Erase all data” saves one backup file on your device before erasing. That file exists only on your device; delete it yourself from your files app if you do not want it.
Retention: we do not keep deleted data. No item is subject to a legal retention requirement.
In-app purchase history stays in your Google Play account and is held by Google — manage or request refunds through Google Play.
