These terms set out the conditions for using Survival Plan (the “app”). How personal data is handled is covered separately by the Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the app
The app works offline-first. The records you enter are stored on your device by default.
Cloud sync is optional and requires an auto-renewing subscription (section 4).
The calculations and guidance the app provides (days of supply, requirements, learning content and so on) are reference information. In a disaster or emergency, instructions from public authorities take priority, and the provider is not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on the app's information.
2. Account
Cloud sync requires signing in with a Google account. Every other feature works without signing in.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
You can delete your account in the app at any time (cloud icon at the top of the screen → Manage account → Delete account). Instructions are on the Account & Data Deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription (section 4.4).

Prices are those shown in Google Play and may differ by country and currency.
Free trial: after you purchase ad removal and sign in, you can use cloud sync for 14 days. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — when it ends, unless you subscribe, only uploading stops, as described in section 4.5.
The provider may change prices and plan contents. Changes apply from the next renewal period and are announced in advance in the app or the Play Store. If you do not agree, you can cancel before renewal.
4. Subscription (cloud sync)
4.1 Auto-renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is billed to your Google Play account.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before renewal in Play Store › Subscriptions.
4.2 Cancelling
Cancellation happens in Google Play. A subscription cannot be cancelled inside the app (the app's “Manage subscription in Play” opens that screen).
After cancelling you can keep using it until the end of the period already paid for.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds follow Google Play policy. The provider does not run a separate refund channel outside Play.
If server verification fails after payment and no entitlement is granted, the unconfirmed payment is refunded automatically under Google Play policy.
4.4 Account deletion and the subscription are separate
Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the Google Play subscription. To stop billing you must cancel it yourself in the Play Store.
4.5 After a subscription ends
When the subscription expires or is cancelled, only uploading stops. Receiving (downloading records from your other devices) keeps working for 6 months from the expiry date.
Six months after expiry, the synced records held on the server are deleted.
The provider never deletes the records inside your device. A subscription is the right to keep data on the server, not the right to use your own records.
5. Backups and responsibility for data
You are ultimately responsible for safeguarding the records on your device. The app can export a backup file, and we recommend exporting important records regularly.
Cloud sync is a convenience and does not replace a backup.
The provider is not liable for records lost through loss or failure of a device or removal of the app.
6. Prohibited use
Reverse-engineering or modifying the app, or reaching paid features by circumventing payment
Placing excessive load on the server or attempting to access other users' data
Use for purposes that break the law
If such conduct is confirmed, the provider may restrict that account's use of the server. Even then, the records on the device remain.
7. Changes and discontinuation
The provider may change or discontinue the app and server features.
If the subscription feature is discontinued permanently, the provider will give notice in advance and either honour the remaining period or explain the refund procedure under Google Play policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent 12 months. Rights granted by mandatory consumer-protection law are not limited by this clause.
9. Changes to these terms
When the terms change, notice is given in the app or on this page before the effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the changed terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are heard by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
